 The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Meag
 her will deliver an enlightening presentation titled "Impact of a Changing 
 World on Clinical & Translational Science Workforce Development Strategies.
 "</span></p><p>This seminar will explore the challenges currently faced wit
 hin clinical and translational science\, the dynamic nature of the field\, 
 and shed light on the shifting landscape that directly impacts workforce de
 velopment strategies. Drawing upon her extensive expertise\, Dr. Meagher wi
 ll emphasize the vital role of mentorship in successfully navigating these 
 challenges and the importance it has in shaping the next generation of our 
 workforce.</p><p>The Career Development Seminar Series is open to residents
 \, fellows and junior faculty enrolled in CRTC training programs\, and the 
 broader Washington University community.  The series offers periodic worksh
 ops and presentations open to all trainees\, faculty and staff on professio
 nal development\, best practices\, resources and guidelines pertaining to r
