The Doris Duke Fund to Retain Clinical Scientists Program (DDFRCS) was developed to provide innovative institutional solutions to reduce faculty attrition by assisting junior faculty facing extraprofessional demands.
The DDFRCS provides broad-based education to raise awareness and implement new interventions, as well as resources and mentoring to support junior faculty facing extraprofessional challenges.
Eligibility & Application
The program is open to physician-scientists at Washington University who are conducting NIH, government or foundation-sponsored clinical research on a significant biomedical problem.
