Washington University School of Medicine’s 12th Annual Research Training Symposium and Poster Session was a success with over 200 attendees, five oral presenters and 113 posters from 23 programs. We are very grateful that so many participants came to present, discuss and contribute to clinical and translational research. Office of Medical Student Research and Clinical Research Training Center would like to thank Dr. David Perlmutter, Executive Vice Chancellor for Medical Affairs and Dean at Washington University School of Medicine; Dr. Amy Justice, Professor of Medicine and Public Health at Yale University for delivering the keynote address; Dr. Christina Gurnett, Professor of Neurology at Washington University for helping us kick-off the symposium; the funding agencies; the staff; the research mentors; and the trainees (summer research program students, yearlong research program students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty).
