Physician-Scientist Small Group Mentoring

4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Are you a Washington University physician-scientist trainee seeking community, support, and mentorship? Join the Division of Physician-Scientists for monthly small group meetings to meet with peers who are traveling a similar professional road, and experienced mentors who have been there before. Each month will have an overarching discussion topic, and conversation will be trainee-led to ensure that your most pressing questions get answers.

Meetings happen monthly on the third Wednesday of each month. They will alternate between 12 – 1 p.m. and 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. to accommodate different schedules. Meetings will be mostly virtual, with some in person events throughout the year.

Physician-Scientist trainees (MD, DO, MD/PhD, or equivalent) at all levels are invited to participate in a small group, including residents, clinical and research fellows, instructors, and even assistant professors. This program is open to all WUSM departments. Groups will be made up of trainees at a similar stage.
